The Recruitment Division provides a vital first contact with the general public and potential candidates for Baltimore City Government employment. This division is responsible for performing various recruiting functions including evaluating employment applications to establish classified Civil Service positions eligible lists. These lists are utilized by city agencies as openings occur. Current recruitment postings are assessable on the job board at the Department of Human Resources Recruitment office, on the City of Baltimore website and via the job hotline, (410) 545-3875.
