The Regional Online Service Information Exchange (ROSIE), a web-based system developed by Municipal Information Systems, Inc. (MISI), is the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) used by the Mayor’s Office of Human Services – Homeless Services Program. As the City of Baltimore’s HMIS, ROSIE provides reliable tracking of client data to communities and agencies serving the homeless. ROSIE can be a reliable tool for retaining and measuring data related, but not limited to:
- Client Demographics
- Service Utilization Patterns
- Gaps in Service Delivery
- Program Outcomes
Getting Registered
Below please find the most recent training schedule provided by MISI, for users of the ROSIE system. This internet-based training is offered weekly through GoToMeeting®. In order to register for ROSIE training, please send an email to training@misi.org. The e-mail must include the participant’s:
- Name;
- Organization’s/Agency’s Name;
- Contact Number; and
- Email Address.
Training Schedule
Information necessary to access the training session under GoToMeeting® will be returned to all registrants via email one day prior to the scheduled session. The current schedule of available training sessions is as follows:
- 1st Friday – Emergency Shelter Providers-- 11:00 am*
- 2nd Friday – Transitional/Permanent Housing Providers -- 11:00 am
- 3rd Friday – Blind Providers (i.e. Shelter Plus Care) -- 11:00 am
- 4th Friday – Support Services Providers -- 11:00 am
*All times noted are Eastern Standard Time (EST).
