Credit card payments can be made over the phone. Please call the City's payment processing service at 1-800-2PAY-TAX (1-800-272-9829). Please note that a convenience fee will be charged for each payment. You will need the following information to use the automated phone service:
Payments can be made in person at the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, located at 200 North Holliday Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. Office hours are from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
All checks must be made payable to "Director of Finance."
