This application must be received at least six (6) weeks prior to date of the event. Approval of your request is contingent upon availability and payment of the required fees prior to the event:
Equipment Fee: $600
Monitoring & Security Fee: $25 / hr.
Application Fee: $25
Payment must be made no later than three weeks prior to the date of your event by cash, check or money order made payable to the Director of Finance and submitted to the Permits Office within the Department of Public Works, 200 N. Holliday St., Baltimore, MD 21202
Please Note: The Mobile Stage does not include a sound system or a power generator. The requestor must provide a sound system and generator. A 60kw generator and proper sound system is required for this stage. Proof that both a generator and sound system have been secured must be attached to this request form. A site plan illustrating the desired placement of the stage must also be submitted with this form. The requestor must also list of all entertainment acts performing on the stage.
