The Mayor's Office of Neighborhoods and Constituent Services - Staff

Angela Fraser Angela Fraser is the Deputy Director for the Mayor's Office of Neighborhoods. Ms. Fraser joined Mayor Dixon's staff in September 2005 as a Community Liaison for the former City Council President. She was responsible for coordinating outreach efforts to neighborhood groups citywide. Ms. Fraser also worked as a Community Coordinator for the Baltimore City State's Attorneys Office where she helped community leaders in southeast Baltimore become involved in the criminal justice process so that prosecutors and judges were aware of community concerns as they related to crime. Ms. Fraser attended Villa Julie College where she received a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies.
 

Lauretta Brown is the Director for the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services. Ms. Brown has worked in city government for 29 years. She has been with Mayor Sheila Dixon 18 of those 29 years, serving as her administrative assistant when she was a Council representative of the old 4th district, manager of constituent services under her reign as Baltimore City Council President and is now continuing to provide quality constituent services to the citizens of Baltimore. Salima Siler Marriott James Kwak is the Korean American Liaison.  He graduated from Boston College with a degree in Finance.  While attending Boston College, Mr. Kwak was heavily involved within the Asian American community.  He was the public relations director for the Asian Caucus, and served as the editor for the Asian American literary magazine, True Colors.  He was also involved with the Korean Students Association at Boston College through the Korean drum troupe.  Mr. Kwak studied abroad for a summer in Korea at Yonsei University, while interning as a translator. james.kwak@baltimorecity.gov
Nykidra Robinson Nykidra Robinson is the Neighborhood Liaison for the Northwest/ West Baltimore neighborhoods. Ms. Robinson was the recipient of a four year senatorial scholarship to attend Frostburg State University. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Leadership studies. During her tenure she held many leadership positions where she planned and implemented numerous events for both the campus and community. She has also worked in Property Management at an Affordable Housing Community. While in this position Ms. Robinson received much recognition for improving resident relationships between both the staff and surrounding neighborhoods.  Nykidra.robinson@baltimorecity.gov
Salima Siler Marriott Cliff Sawyer is the Neighborhood Liaison for South and Southwest Baltimore. A resident of Cherry Hill, Mr. Sawyer received a Masters Degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work as well as a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Coppin State University. Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhoods and Constituent Services, Mr. Sawyer was a certified Housing Counselor through the Maryland Center for Community Development and interned with the Southeast Community development Corporation where he provided homeownership and financial literacy counseling. He also worked as a community organizer for the Baltimore Regional Initiative for Developing Genuine Equality (BRIDGE) organization at Maryland. Cliff.Sawyer@baltimorecity.gov
Kristy (Kris) Taylor Kristy (Kris) Taylor is the Neighborhood Liaison for the neighborhoods of North and Central Neighborhood Baltimore.  A native Baltimorean, Ms. Taylor has been a volunteer with Maryland Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Program, participating in many community beautification projects. She has served on the board of many neighborhood associations.  Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Ms. Taylor had a successful 20-year career in sales and marketing, working for several Baltimore companies. kristy.taylor@baltimorecity.gov
